Haneen is spearheads our enforcement practice whereby she handles the execution of court decisions within our litigation department, she specializes in banking and loan enforcement proceedings she has been practicing law for 12 years in Jordan, with a focus on commercial transactions, corporate structuring, due diligence, contract drafting, and banking. has steered, and assisted counsels, in various projects, including energy efficiency projects, corporate acquisition, and foreign investments.
