Haneen is a senior associate in Syouri & Partners, she has acquired extensive legal knowledge in areas of trade and investment policy, including free zones, investment laws, international trade agreements, trade, and economic policy reforms in emerging economies Currently, she is involved in areas of corporate law, taxation, banking and finance, labor, and privatization. she is specialized in corporate, commercial, construction, banking, and finance law as well as investment and capital venture. She has advised on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including, company registration in Jordan and Outside, takeovers, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, capital raising, and joint ventures, conducting comprehensive compliance and due diligence reports. Haneen has been admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 2009, and holds an LL.B. from the University of Jordan, and an LL.M in International Business Law from the University of London.
