Samaa, the managing partner of Syouri & Partners, she has substantial experience in litigation before national courts and in arbitrating disputes, as well as consultation and legal counselling in various areas of law. She focuses primarily on matters involving tort, including liability litigation, professional negligence, product liabilities & mass tort actions, insurance, maritime, renewable energy, employment and labor, real estate, construction and Investments in various industries including aviation, oil & gas, steel manufacturing, printing, automobile, property (investment and development), hotels and hospitality, medical, pharmaceutical and construction offers clients a comprehensive perception of their complex legal issues and creates a thoughtful approach to litigation which ultimately results to successfully resolve the case. Sama focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Sama provides legal consultation on employment law, social security law, landlord and tenant law. She is specialized in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and managing commercial deals Sama’s IP experience includes representing clients in the pursuit of patents, trademarks, industrial designs, and in matters involving IP litigation, trade secrets and unfair competition. She is specialized in matters related to international litigation, commercial arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. she also advises clients on digital trade and compliance with various data protection regulations.
Prior to joining syouri and Partners Sama worked as a partner in Atwan & partners and attorney and legal counsel in Al Adalah Centre for legal consultation and Jordan Microfund for Women (MFW). Sama is a member of the Jordan Bar; she obtained her BA in law from Jordan 2009
